How do you know when you are getting an energetic or spiritual message, or what I like to call a “hit?” 
Sometimes I get a tingly feeling in my heart (4th) chakra or my solar plexus (3rd) chakra.
I have learned to trust that “ping.” If at all possible, I will then stop what I am doing and wait for a message. Sometimes on the physical plane, it means I will be receiving a text or an email about something I have been working on energetically. Sometimes I will get the answer through meditation, when I am then provided another piece of information that helps fill in yet one more puzzle piece to this upward projection of growth.
Be aware of your body and when it is being given a signal that you have an incoming message on an energetic or spiritual level. You never know when you’ve got mail!
