Meet the Angels
Every day the headlines from the media are more and more distressing. As a result, at times I find myself wondering about my own continued freedoms, quality of life and longevity should our world turn further upside down. Not to be maudlin, but at those times I am reminded that there are important things that I still want to accomplish. One of those items on my To Do list is to continue sharing the experiences I have had walking and working alongside the divinity.
I have had profound opportunities to listen to and watch healing being given by the Divine Mother, and Archangels Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.
Divine Mother is the essence of all things compassion, nurturing, and maternal. Some people call her Mother Earth; some see her as Mary, the Divine mother of Jesus Christ. Divine Mother encompasses nature, heaven, and earth. She brings an all-embracing, all-consuming love to her healing.
Archangel Michael, whose name means “Who is Like God,” is the most well-known angel and is found in the sacred texts of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Michael is known as the overseer of the archangels, and for fighting against evil with the power of good. Michael is an exceptionally strong angel who protects and defends people who love God. Archangel Michael is very large; has immense power, strength, and light; and serves to help people in times of crisis, as well as help souls to pass on. Archangel Michael has shown me many things; he has a sense of humor and wonder, and is an amazing teacher.
I have had the pleasure of being in the presence of archangels Gabriel and Raphael. Archangel Gabriel is the famous angel from the Bible who told Mary of the impending birth of her son, Jesus. Some see Gabriel as male, some female. I see her as female. Gabriel, whose name means “God is my Strength,” is a muse for writers, artists, and communicators, motivating them to overcome fear and procrastination. She is very clever, very creative, and very inspiring. Time spent with her results in things like downloads of children’s books in my head and immense motivation to write. She is clear in giving directions that I can understand, loving, supportive, and always makes me feel capable of writing something that others might want to read.
Archangel Raphael, whose name means “God Heals,” is also an archangel of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. In the Christian tradition, Raphael is generally associated with the angel mentioned in the Gospel of John as stirring the water at the healing pool of Bethesda. Archangel Raphael is a healer, very strong and very masculine. He is a true teacher and has taken me on spiritual journeys through meditation in order to increase my knowledge as a student and healer. I have called on him for assistance with healing and he has never disappointed me.

Next time the daily news takes my breath away, I will take a moment to regroup and remind myself what is most important in my life. Then I will move forward with renewed sense of purpose and gratitude. I wish you love and peace.
